We would like to introduce the oil-air distribution valve 'MIX' handled by Daikin Lubrication Equipment. In steel mills, various methods such as grease lubrication, oil lubrication, forced lubrication, and micro-mist systems have been put into practical use as centralized lubrication systems. Efforts to minimize the environmental impact have become necessary, and among these, "oil-air lubrication," which allows a small amount of lubricant to be supplied directly to the bearings, is being adopted. Our company is pleased to propose the new "oil-air lubrication." 【Features of Oil-Air Lubrication】 ■ The lubricant supplied to the bearings is minimal. ■ The bearing area is constantly sealed with air, preventing foreign substances and cooling water from entering the bearings. ■ The discharged oil is collected in an oil receiver, maintaining a clean environment within the factory without contamination. ■ Since grease and lubricating oil do not mix with cooling water, processing becomes easier. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
